My name is Stephanie and I am a certified running coach, physical therapist and fitness trainer in Miami, Florida. I have a passion for running, fitness, nutrition, and anything health-related.
I am also an avid marathoner, with a goal to race around the world, which brings me to my next passion: traveling! My husband and I travel several times a year whenever we have time off and explore the many cultures and cuisines of the world. It is a good thing I love to exercise, because eating is usually on the top of the list!
Throughout my blog and social media channels, you will find a bit of everything from my world. I document my running and fitness journey, along with tips to get and keep yourself healthy. You can also get a glimpse of my travel adventures, including how I get there, where I stay, what I eat, and how I fit in my fitness routine with minimal time and maximum effectiveness!
