how I program my strength training & runs 🏋🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️ I usually follow the same guidelines whether I’m planning out my base training seasons or marathon training blocks. The first thing I try to do is stack my hard workouts with
oh those boring old aerobic runs 😑 I actually love them & find them relaxing when I’m done. They should be about 80% of your training volume so I think you just gotta learn to love ‘em too! Some runners think these easy paced runs ar
