Run Coaching Plans - All Access

Running plans are customized based on personal running history, goals, and available training time. Availability is limited in order to provide quality one-on-one attention to my athletes.

Training progress is a gradual process, therefore a 3-month minimum commitment is recommended. Choose to either pay-by-the-month or the 12, 16, 20, 24 week, or 1 year (52 week) program for a discounted monthly rate when paid upfront. If you choose a term greater than 24 weeks and pay upfront, the monthly rate is discounted further. Please email me for more information.

After selecting a run coaching package, within 24 hours you will be emailed a detailed questionnaire regarding your running and injury history, goals, and current level of activity.

All packages include:

  • Discussion on goals, past training and races

  • Access to phone/web app with detailed customized training plan & paces

  • Unlimited adjustments to plan

  • Guidance on nutrition and supplementation

  • Guidance on strength training, core exercises, and injury prevention strategies

  • Unlimited communication as needed via text, email, app chat

  • Up to 1 monthly phone call

  • **Standard twice a week core strengthening workouts are included in each plan. Customized full-body strength programs are available for an additional $100/month (4-week) add-on ($150 value).

    All sales are final. NO REFUNDS. If you become injured or need to cancel for other reasons during your training cycle, you may put the training on hold. Unused weeks will roll over to future training plans.

    Payment is accepted here through this website, but PayPal or Zelle bank transfer is preferred. Please contact me if you are interested in payment options other than the site.
